Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients

2 c. flour

4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1/2 c. sugar

2/3 c. peanut butter

1 c. milk

Directions

1. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and sugar together.

2. Add peanut butter and blend with hands to the consistency of bread crumbs.

3. Grease and flour 1 4x8 loaf pan, 2 mini loaf pans or 12-muffin tin.

4. Add milk, mix briefly until all flour is incorporated.

5. Pour/spoon into tins/pans and bake at 400 for 15 minutes (muffins), 20 minutes (mini-loaves) or 25-30 minutes (large loaf pan). Check for doneness and add extra time as necessary.

Notes

** Try adding one egg along with milk next time, to see if it adds structural integrity. **

Can add chocolate chips to dry ingredients before adding milk or frost with chocolate glaze after they come out of the oven.
